I can definitively not blame DeCalo for this but for a purchase of around USD 230 including shipping I've paid here around USD 130 taxes. This could be avoided if you would offer shipping by UPS/DHL/DHL and not by USPS

Great suit, but wrong size. (might be my fault)...had to pay extra for duty...not Decalo's fault but not economical to buy from US when the Canadian dollar is weaker at the moment. Product hung up at Customs too long

I neglected to read all the details of what I purchased and therefore had to return two of the three items. There were no issues with DeCalo Fashions accepting the return and we are still in the process of getting the right sized items.

You should have a new items section. This will allow returned customers to identify new available merchandise. This would be a nice feature for customers.
