I love BCO but I hate it that most of the time, I can't find my size either in clothing or shoes.

The only thing that did not come was a necklace that is on backorder. I am always satisfied with I order from BCO!

I would order more, if there were more selections in my size available, it is very flustrating to receive the catalog & see the great outfits or shoes only to find out only one size or none are available. This waste alot of my time trying to shop out of the catalog, I usually end up giving up and ordering only one or two items.

I liked the experience of shopping with you. Several of the items I wanted were not offered in my size and had to make secondary or even a third choice was a let down.

I used the size chart to measure and select a size and several of the products were a size smaller or the quality was poor in proportioning the garment. Overall the ordering service was efficient. I would shop BCO again because the bargains are great and clothes are available in shorter sizes than most places I have shopped online. Thank you.

I ordered a couple of items that said they were in stock when I ordered them, but when I received the order, the invoice stated that they were no longer available. I was very disappointed. It would be nice to know that they were no longer available when they were ordered.
