It was all great except the shipping charge which I thought was a little high but it was packed very safely.

Thank god you exist. I am a crafter that needs lights for my crafts. After Christmas you can't find lights. I will most definitely use your service.

Very satisfied. Only suggestion is the shopping cart step. Once you add item, hard to get back to where you were. I maybe did something wrong.

Missing a set of lights. Notified company/requested a call back. 2 weeks-no call. Called today & said that they would give me a credit but the lights that I ordered were no longer available I have to wait to see if I can find a matching set of lights.

I did have one strand of lights that I purchased last year go bad after being up for only about a week. One half of the strand lights and the other doesn't. This was actually a purchase made last year but the lights were being used for the first time.
