Disappointed that this gate lock was only 3-4 years old and literally fell apart. But wanted the lock to match the rest of the hardware on the gate.

I was amazed at how fast my items arrived. Even with the USPS ground, I got my order 2 days after I ordered!

My client found your web site.Then when I presented him with the product he said "That's plastic- That won't hold the weight of these gates" I assured him they would and reminded him that he chose the product. If it does not hold up-I will hear about it.

I recommend that you work on your website. It sort of feels thrown together. When people go to purchase things online, they have a pre-conceived notion of what an internet based store should look like, and yours doesn't really fit the mold and it is a little uncomfortable. Sometimes there is something to be said for being like everyone else.
