I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect base curve for my contacts. A customer service agent realized this from my prescription and corrected it. She then left me a message with this information. Thank you very much!

Product was not available and it took two weeks to get. If it will always take that long I will probably get from somewhere else

I appreciated that I was able to place my on-line order and then FAX my prescription to your facility in order to expedite the handling of my order. I also really liked the free shipping with any order over a certain dollar amount. Thanks!
