I paid for a special delievery package but did not recied this service, my product was delievered out of the timescale given. this gift was delievered late due to this. i was very angry and would not recommend this website.

Could not get hold of a UK phone number to call about delivery, in the end it was the delivery companies issue but stilll could not speak to anyone at zazzle

the T shirt had a strange glue type mark on right side of jpeg (I had sent in) seeming like the t-shirt was folded under the press and nobody noted before sending to me

The quality of my business cards were not what I thought they would be. Also the site said everything ships within 24 hours except a few listed items,and business cards were not in the exception, however they did not ship within 24 hours.

The printing quality has not met my expectations. There are blurred and scratched looking marks on alot of them. I had to throw out about 15 of them. The white text on the front has alot of yellow bleeding through.It should be a stark white.

Original Reciever had an issue but it took 2 weeks or more before package was returned to Zazzle and I was not Notified that a Problem arose.
