I love your web site!!! It is the coolest shopping experience I have ever had on line. And I spoke with Julie tonight when I called, and she couldn't have been more nice...she was terrific, very understanding and also very helpful. She is just the type of person you want representing your company when folks call in with an issue or question.

Some field I could not respond to as I have not received my replacement order. I have not been given any tracking information on the replacement also, which disappoints me. I did notice on the "wrong product" that I did receive that the quality of the printing as okay, but that there were small marks where it looks like some type of equipment... More

My two items shipped from the same place, at the same time, via two separate shipping carriers, arriving almost a week apart and requiring me to pay TWO separate shipping charges. These charges should have been combined which would have allowed me to upgrade my shipping speed. ZAZZLE has erxplained that this is for "quality assurance"... but... More

I am very disappointed with the extremely small sizing on the women's shirt. I usually wear a large/x-large (size 14)and the large I ordered on the first 2 shirts were so small I ended up giving them to my 9-year-old granddaughter. I called and was tole to order 2X!! Zazzle is a great and quick way to turn my ideas into reality. My drawing and painting come out just as I idealized and the variety of products offered is wonderful, lots of room to play. I love it.
