Misleading, long wait times on customer service, Took my money but did not deliver goods on time and no one has answers. Ordered on 10/27/08, after a few days they told me it had to be built and would ship on 10/31. Today is 11/7 and now they say 11/10.

Web site showed the order as processing until it was delivered. Did not show order as shipped.

I had to figure the projector screen out myself as there were no instructions. Great service though.

I have yet to receive the merchandise ordered. I was not notified that my order was out of stock until I contacted customer service. My credit card should not have been charged until the merchandise was shipped out.
