I was not notified that my payment method had been declined and that the order had been cancelled. I thus had to wait several weeks before I got my fins. I tried to phone them on several occassions and was not able to speak with anyone.

Item pictured on the website was incorrect. Product received is much lower in performance and quality.

I don't remember her name, but some of my purchases were not available at the time I needed them and the young lady that helped me find alternatives was VERY helpful!! She contacted me by phone immediately after I made my online purchases and helped me find the right alternatives to what I had ordered. She talked with me for a long time and helped me... More

They contacted me because they only had one of the 4 items I ordered and I authorized them to hold shipment till everything was available.
