STO had a great product at a great price. The real deal breaker for me was their help over the phone regarding speaker suitability from a newbee to the home theatre world. Only one suggestion: on the web form, determine shipping earlier in the process.

I ordered the items on Wednesday. The items were not shipped until the following Thursday, 8 days later. I called to complain. I was told that they only pull items from the warehouse once a week. They also have no means of tracking the order on-line.

The Wharfedale Diamond 9.2 speakers were sold at an excellent price, the order was filled immediately and the speakers arrived on the date promised. They live up to their billing.
