The WORST online shopping experience EVER! I waited 6 weeks for my items and it was incomplete, even after Jasco said everything was available. Only way to communicate is email and response took almost a week! Also unhappy with products! Will return.

I like the merchindise that jasco has but i dont like the email only way of communicating. I have spent alot of money with jasco its hard to say if I will again just because of how everything has changed just to web only.

I still have not received the order that I placed two months ago! When I called to ask about it approximately a month after placing the order they said it was back ordered (I did not receive any notification of this).

The delivery took 20 days after jasco shippped.......very slow from fedex....not allthe items are available

I order items which online they said they where available then a week later I got an email saying they where not available.

Very unhappy with process. Website let us order, did not send all items. Tried to call without sucess. Emailed 3x before response. Finally told items were discontinued via email, however items were still online in regular section.

Tscrub tops I ordered are XS which is what all mine at home are. However the openings were to small in the top and I couldn't get my head through. Shipping them back cost just as much as the tops did since I bought them on clearence. Waste of money.
