As usual received items on time & great customer support! Ordered with mogs for about a good year and about 4-6 times, so far still reliable!

Very pleased with the customer service at Mogs. Not so much with the execution. I understand the issue was out of their control, but that's a "cost of doing business" issue. A credit towards a future order is always a good way to go.

I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. The only thing that came the way I was hoping to was the amount itself. I did not receive it on time and certainly did not receive it in the fashion that I advised in my instructions of delivery.
