    • Product Rating: 10 star(s) Nikon D40 is a winner
      by jadaki, Apr. 30, 2008
    • Pros: Simple enough for a novice to take wonderful pictures.
    • Cons: Upgraded lens are better than what came in the kit.

I found a website www.kenrockwell.com that gives some pointers to taking better pictures with it. It is a nice camera that easily takes super pictures. ...

Nikon D40In many ways, you might consider Nikon's D40 the Zelig of digital cameras. Is it a digital SLR with the spirit of a point-and-shoot? Is it a point-and-shoot with the power of a dSLR? It depends upon who's doing the shooting. While the D40 will ne...
