Awesome, no regrets
by OpenAperture, Jun. 26, 2008 - Pros: Powerful flash, quick recycle time, wireless control of remotes
- Cons: Additional battery compartment a pain to install, wireless mode is not RF based
- Comments:
I enjoy using this speedlight. It replaced an SB-600 which was also very good. The wireless remote control is limited in range and requires good line of sight with the remote flash. It would be easier if it was RF based. The user interface is awkward but useable. Overall, I'm very happy but I'm looking forward to some improvements in Nikon's next speedlight system. ...
