    • Product Rating: 1 star(s) NEVER again! Magellan should be ashamed!
      by jessica, Aug. 17, 2007
    • Pros: big screen
    • Cons: satellite contact, touch screen, cradle,
    • Has Owned Product: 1 year
    • Comments:
      (1) Satellite contact sometimes non-existent (even on a freeway!) -- software is poor, will spin and spin and keep spitting out the wrong information...you will find yourself lost, and even worse pick up a wrong signal from someone else's GPS & you start...

    • Product Rating: 2 star(s) Don't buy this GPS
      by cneedelman, Jun. 27, 2007
    • Pros: Tells you the name of the street to turn on
    • Cons: Can't find the satellite and over complicated to use
    • Has Owned Product: 4 months
    • Comments:
There is very little intuitive about using this GPS. Many menus and you'll need to carry the manual in the beginning. I don't use it every day and when I do turn it on I need it right now and it often has a hard time finding the satellite. ...

    • Product Rating: 3 star(s) Get There From Here
      by Craig Ellison
    • Pros: Excellent navigation features including Smart Detour and text-to-speech. Announces street names. Well-categorized points of interest.
    • Cons: Menu system less intuitive and more difficult to learn than other in-car GPS systems. Lacks 3D map view.
    • Comments:
Based on looks alone, you might easily confuse the new Magellan RoadMate 760 with its older sibling, the RoadMate 700. Indeed, except for the new model number on the front panel, the units appear identical. On the inside, however, are many new features. I...
