    • Cons: The design of the recovery tank is horrible.

      This machine is great in terms of clean-ability and does a great job on my carpets. BUT the lid to the recovery tank needs to be completely re-designed. Unless you place the lid on completely correct, the machine will not suction up the water. I have spent 30 minutes on two of the three occasions I used this machine fiddling with the lid. It is very, very frustrating. The design of the lid is a real nightmare. ...
