      I purchased a SONY camera for my daughter because she was much more interested in camera looks than features. When I later bought the Canon SD1100 for myself she was impressed. I also liked the fact that Canon does not require proprietory accessories like the memory cards. It's got everything that I was looking for in a camera including quality, ease of use, size, LCD, features and response time at a very competitive price. ...
