    • Product Rating: 5 star(s) The winner of entry level DSRLs in 2008
      by edgar91, Aug. 4, 2008
    • Pros: Handy size, quick image process, and good enough image quality for entry level DSLRs
    • Cons: Pricey, and plastic material
    • Comments:
This is an winner of entry level DSRLs. It has very fast image processor, newest CMOS sensor, and competitive kit lens. I'm very satisfied with its functionality and image quality. My only complain is it's pricey compare to other entry level DSRLs such as Nikon D60 and Olympus E420, but personally it's worth it. ...

    • Pros: Great for the former 35mm SLR user, Specifically the instant feed back w/manual shots
    • Cons: There is a learning curve. If all you have ever used was a point and shoot digital
    • Comments:
My wife so far has been mostly on automatic, but now I can show her how different changes in settings effect your picture quality, before you had to wait until the film was developed. This way it serves as a great learning tool...

      by Lori Grunin
    • Pros: Excellent photo quality for its class; better-than-average speed
    • Cons: Maximum ISO 1,600; huge spot-for-spot metering
    • Comments:
The Canon EOS 450D delivers hands-down, best-in-class photo quality. Its colour accuracy, dynamic range and consistently good noise clearly put this 12-megapixel model in front of the pack, even though its features and design do little to impress. It's ce...

    • Cons: No CompactFlash, still on the large side compared to Olympus E-Series
    • Comments:
Canon has updated its entry-level digital camera for the first time in over 15 months, but has the wait been worth it? We had a chance to get an early hands-on with the new 450D (or the Digital Rebel XSi for our American readers) at the company's Spring C...
