Quick delivery. The actual toner boxes were quite beaten-up (although the box they came in wasn't) which is slighlty concerning, they have obvioulsy been previously removed from the packaging. I haven't yet tried them in the printer.

The cartridge was defective. I am working with Customer Service to get a replacement and to return the defective cartridge; I have to wait until next week for the right person to respond.

I received my order much faster than expected. One small issue about pricing was resolved immediately, and with exceptional courtesy. Though I'm a new customer, so far they've been a pleasure to deal with.
