I was told there had been a system glitch the evening I made my first order, so when I made a second order for this product (Procede) two weeks later, your customer service group contacted me. (I thank them for that.) I had already completed this...

The product I ordered was not sent to me. Someone at the sellers office changed my order. I have tried to contact the seller and they have not returned my call or answered my e-mail.

it took way too long to get. When I ordered the same thing before it was here in three days this time it took 8 days. U guys use UPS the other faster way is USPS.

regrettably, the item I ordered was not available in Canada. I was contacted to see if I would accept another product instead. I appreciated this effort on the part of the seller.
