Terrific packaging, love the black ribbon and tissue! Truly love the scents that they distribute and what a bonus...no shipping charge and free samples. I am a happy shopper with Jo Malone!

I ordered a gift for my daughter and fell in love with the fragrance. When I ordered on line, I did not select 2 day delivery. When I called customer service they corrected my mistake and did not charge me the 2 day fee. Excellent customer service.

The scent was not at all pleasing to me. This was my first time purchasing a Jo Malone scent and in hindsight I probably should have stopped by a Jo Malone store first before purchasing online. The online purchase process was fine.

I enjoy the Jo Malone fragrances I have purchased in the past. Availability is a problem, but the on line ordering has changed that.
