Overall, the shopping experience online was outstanding. As for the "quality" of the dishwasher, I don't know, as it won't be installed until the middle of December. My main concern is quietness...

Notified QualityMatters.com of damaged merchandise within 24hrs. of receipt. Quality Matters refused to issue refund or exchange for more expensive unit. Similar online reviews indicate Quality Matters routinely fails to honor its return policy....

not all items received - 2 items were listed as on back order on shipping manifest - have no ecd for those items.
