shipping box was not damaged at all but of items in box, one item arrived with its packaging completely destroyed (XO brush) and knife set case had worn out edges and one knife was out of sleeve. I expected that items would be in much better...

your order should be considered as one order not 3 or more. Having shopped and then find out your order is separated so the sit can collect shipping on each items sucks and in my opinion is bad business. I will not be back!

I wish you would ship to Canada like you once did! I have had to open a US account with Borderlinx/DHL in order to have some of my US shipments sent to me in Canada making for costly shipping charges!

I was upset when I read the cauton on the soup mugs that said it was made in Columbia and it contained lead paint and or cadium I wouldn't have purchased the soup mugs.
