The delivery came on time. The correct item # was on the exterior box and the interior box, also on the packing slip. But the item in the box was an entirely different item. You need to check your deliveries more carefully.

I was very satisfied with my experience with the Part Store except all I only bought 2 drive belts. They came in a little envelope. I thought $7.95 was a little overboard!

had a tech from a local TV repair come out to check TV..He found my MOTOR , whatever that is, was bad and advised me to buy a new TV rather than spend the $800.00 So I returned You should have received it Nov 13. debit my account for the $191.....

21days to delivery is much to long without communication from the vendor.
