My order was shipped to the billing address, not the ship to address specified. This caused some confusion.

I have ordered 12 Panasonic HHR55AAABU batteries, that was actually written on your shipping document. To my surprise I have received only equivalent (?), but 12 two packs of GP850 batteries.(???) I hope that they are OK.

The wrong battery was shipped. I had to send the batteries back befoe you would ship the correct ones. After shipping I recalled and customer support immediately shipped the correct ones after I told him That was 2 days ago.
