delivery was slow.if it was shipped from the south side of chicago like i was lead to believe icould have picked it up a week eariler

The convection oven was supposed to be single phase,it's 3 phase. I left a voicemail message concerning the problem and have not heard back.

The single refrigerator was not working when we received it, cost over $300 to repair. We were offered a $150 store credit (we paid almost 1000) or to pay return shipping ourselves. It took a week and repeated calls to get this unsatisfactory...

place order on 10/05/09 up till today i have not received the item, it's been different stories every day,yet your company deducted the money from my account on the 7th. your customer service sucks & i will never buy anything from your company again.

The customer service rep on the phone, on several occasions gave me one answer then the next rep gave me another. I had asked for the manufactures number so I can call them myself to get the delivery answer and I was told "No." I have more to...
