When I contacted them by phone and left a message no one ever returned my phone call. When I received the product it only came with two attachments and not four like I thought.

I am concerned that during shipping the box was quite damaged. The bottom corner was caved in, the bottom box flap was not secured,a medium sized hole made mid box and a large hole made closer to the top of the box.

I ordered vacuum bags which I still need but because they were BO they cancelled them from my order and that was that! There is too much plastic on the vacuum especially the little "TAB" that hold the hood over the motor and bag???
