Very Please with your selection, especially hard to find batteries. It was easy to find the product that I needed, and to order it. The battery arrived at my house less than a week after I placed the order. Will definitly order from here again.

The battery ordered had the incorrect terminal, though the item number was the same as the last batteries ordered.Still awaiting instructions for the return of these batteries.

I purchased a motorcycle battery only to find when I opened the box that it has no acid and it is not charged and ready for use. I payed morre than I wanted in order to get it quickly only to be disappointed and did not save any time or trouble....

I am unable to connect it. The + plug in is ok. The - plug in is not a match. the connecting piece in the battery is not elevated enough to go into the plug in socket. Do I return the battery or is some adjustment possible?

ON line uspport was minimal at best. Chatted to Brittany and notified her that the number 855-888-2739 was not working per AT&T. She stated "it has to be because I am on the phone now."

My only concern was a 5.00 shipping charge after I was led to believe that shipping was free. After contacting an agent . The matter was clarified and the shipping charge removed . I was very satisfied with the courtesy and promptness in resolving...

I orderred 2 UF1280 batteries and received one. After several tries I got thru on the chat line and Brittany said she would send the second battery yesterday afternoon. The order is 252344.
