the order took longer than I expected and was printed back wards the photo was printed on the non coated side of the post card and I saw no indication as I placed the order as to one side being coated stock and the other not but will give you...

The business cards that were ordered did not print, or resemble the online proof. I explained this to the customer service rep, and she wanted me to take a picture of the card and send it, and then offered a 30% refund if I did return the items....

The late delivery was mainly due to UPS delivery attempts outside of business hours which are clearly posted on the door. The first attempt was Thursday, the latest day they were supposed to arrive and a notice was left. Friday the driver showed...

I paid for 2nd day delivery and 5 days into the transaction (last night) was told that my items were shipped. You are holding up a mailing that I wanted to send 2 days ago. iPrint is useless.
