Why not just list the real price of your flowers,up front instead of adding on delivery, vase (always required) and "care and handling" (give me a break!) I have used your service many times, and the quality and delivery reliability is superb.

I very unhappy with the cost of the arrangment that I order and what my mother received. I could of done it myself if I know that it was all going to be greens no flowers.

We sent the flowers to our daughter and they arrived right on time. We appreciated being able to tract the shipment. We went to visit her 8 days later and the flowers were still beautiful.
