My only issue is that I have an APO address and no way to request priority shipping. Without the priority labels on the packages sent from ONPS any shipment takes AGES - literally several weeks to arrive.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and courteous. My cats absolutely love the brewers yeast & garlic tablets and I'm delighted to have found a flea powder that is not toxic.

The cat vitamine and the thyroid support medication pills are very large and I can't get them in my cat. She will not chew the vitamin. It would be great if both these products were available in liquid form

I'm unhappy with having placed an order only to get an email for 15% off the total order within 3 days of ordering! Your products are the only thing that seems to keep my little rescued guy's chronic demodetic mange at bay.

Fedex took a long time to deliver- UPS would have done ground in 5 days; the USPS could have beat the time it took FedEx to deliver this product. It is my ONLY Complaint- otherwise a great experience from ONPS.
