Customer service rep never contacted me regarding when I called to inform them I needed to change my order. The order came with my mistake. I have to reorder and will cost me more money to ship quicker because I am out of time and need it by next...

One item was not as expected but will work fine. Delivery time was awesome! Love your company & products; I am a repeat buyer. Only any negative is the high S/H & no discounts available. However, you get the highest rating you can!

I was overall satisfied with my order..It was on time. A few of the balloons did not light up and the centerpiece was very hard to put togther because it was folded in the package. But Everything was priced great. The lowest I came across.

The products were poorly made - about 20% were dead on arrival. Six of the lightable Mazel Tov Ballons popped for some reason killing our table decorations. The Star of David lights barely lit up. We discovered this too late
