I would like to talk to a person concerning the withdraw that was made to my account. But, it seems that I can not locate a telephone number to contact someone. If this is not resolved i will most likely cancel my subscription.

Order was received today, I items ordered 11/05. It took 15 days for shipping and travel. That was a bit long!

Make the Shopping Cart a place to hold items for order and them let us order from the Cart and keep what we don't order in the Cart until the next time we want to order something -- like we were able to do in BMG.

i ordered 2 cds for the buy 2 get for 1 offer but they claim one was out of stock; however, they advertised the out of stock CD in later mailings and didnt say out of stock
