They should think about upgrading their inventory process. There is nothing more disappointing than ordering and then having the merchant cancel your order because their inventory numbers were out.

I bought the watch as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It is beautiful, but the watch face is very big (it looked smaller online), and it might be too big for her wrist.

Seiko watch made in China had no manufacturer's warranty/registration card or manual. Not genuine Seiko? Purchase process was efficient and return process easy.

I gave customer service the due date otherwise, out of town for more than a week. Well, today I am out of town and did not receive the watch order on time as spoken by customer service.Your watch is more likely to be sitting by my front entrance.
