No one answers the phone all you get is a recording, it would be nice to explain your problem with a live person.

Other than the weird checkout process (when I tried to use PayPal, it gave me a "page reached in error" message when it probably should have gone to the PayPal page.) Might want to take a look at that. Perfect product though!

I ordered and paid for the part on Wednesday, invoiced on Thursday, and they didnt ship till Monday! Took over a week from when I ordered because they took so long to ship! I have ordered items from China on ebay and they ship out the next day....

This company SUCKS. I made 2 orders and they canceled because they refused to honor the free shipping option offered. They elected not to contact and see if i would consider another option. I tried to contact these basterds who ignored me. fuck...
