About half of my order was delivered. Faucet Depot has not notified me as to when the remaining portion of the order will arrive. They said 2-3 weeks, but still are uncertain.

Everything worked well. Both sets were missing a small clip; however, I was able to use the old one.

we received a broken faucet head and contacted the manufacturer to send a new one. was dissappointed that it arrived broken and the factory sealed box was already broken, making us wonder if we were sent a previously returned item

Everything was great; the only problem was my missing the detail that my order did not include rough out too. That was my mistake and I understand my second order has been processed timely.
