The company recharged me for an Item I did NOT order, I had to put a frad alert on my account, they enusred me the items Would be delivered on the 23rd. it's NOT here. then they said the 30th. then they said on the 5th. then they said on the 29th....

I order some documents to be printed.. I asked for them to be done the same day.. I called the store manager several hours later to find out when will I be able to pick-up the documents. He did not have answer, but he did finally responded maybe...

We were a little disappointed that the printer did not work and we had to exchange it for another one. Also, the store pickup option should give an estimate of when the order will be ready instead of the customer having to call to find out.
