The bosch cordless tool was shipped in a box with no packing material. The person who put it in the box didn't respect or care that I received it the same way that it was placed in the box. I got lucky, the case that contained the tool padded it...

Wrong product sent to me. I had to return the product and have proper product sent. CPO staff very friendly. CPO staff arranged pickup of the incorrect product and send proper item. I am very satisfied on how CPO handled the situation. Mistakes...

It was very easy to compare the products I wanted on CPI's site, it was this site that really tipped me towards buying Bosch instead of Dewalt.
