I was very happy to recieve my order prior to the projected delivery date; I had to adapt the replacment wheel (as I had anticipated)but it is quite satisfactry and the only one I could find on line that was adaptable. Thank you , "Bozo"

I have not recieved 2 of the three cases I ordered. When I tried to email Instawares I continue to get error messages to report a problem.

I purchased a 5 qt aluminum pot. It did not come with a lid. I had to search a while to find a lid for the pot.

Be careful ordering anything from this site. Please make sure the picture displayed matches what the description of the product. Otherwise you may not receive what you thought you are ordering. They will charge you 25% to send the item back.

Missing 2 bars of the Lux that was ordered. The wrapper had been changed so I thought that I had received the wrong item. The weight on the Lux wrapper was different from what was stated in the online description and confirmation.

I had a LOT of trouble finding the exact replacement wheel casters for my Rubbermaid 35 gallon Wave Break mop bucket -- yours was the only on-line catalog I was able to locate them. Kudos to you! Thanks for making it so easy.
