Item was not as described. After sending email they offered to fix the web page to reflect the correct weight of item. They never offered any resolution to this problem. I am now stuck with a product that is more than twice the listed weight.

small mixup on the tracking. Tracking number sent to me said that the order was cancelled. I emailed customer support and they sent me an upated tracking number. The order wasn't delayed and email response was quick.

The User instructins and documentation that came with the product are extremely BAD. There are no instructions on how to charge the battery. There are no instructions on what to expect after the battery is charged - which did not happen with my...
