I needed to correct my email address and it would not let me. The customer service person said they could not do it from their end. It is still incorrect and needs to be changed.

All was well. I liked the jewelry. I have only had it for a couple of days.The overall customer service was excellent. I did not receive one of the items ordered and it was immediately overnighted via Fedex to me. Excellent service recovery.

I am very disappointed with the sapphire blue earrings. They are more of a greenish blue than the dark blue that I had hoped for. I thought that sapphire blue would be dark blue.
