This was an easy and seemless transaction. The music box was as described and a perfect gift. I would have liked to know before hand that the shipping days did not include weekends however other than that this was a great purchase/

Because the product I ordered was a special birthday gift, I gave it despite a small malfunction with the music box works (one note plays very flat). I didn't have time to ask for an exchange
