Everything was great, except they sent the wrong size to their Zale Store where I picked up the item. I have the ring being sized to the correct size & will be picking it up at Zales Store in my neighborhood this weekend.
I was disappointed that they allowed me to place the order, only to have it cancelled by them! It should have not been advertised or the order go through when they did not even have the order and I ordered 2 as gifts!Very disappointed!
