I order delivery by 2-day express mail thru Fed Ex. Not pleased. Ordered 11/5/09 - Received on 11/23/2009----18 days later! If I knew it would have taken that long, I would have went somewhere else. This was bought as a gift...very belated gift...

love the products and service. local store is horrible so i shop only online and have been a customer for years. overall i am very pleased but the web site could be a bit more classy

Item was slow out of the warehouse. I was supposed to recieve it in 5-7 days , got it in ten. partly Fex Ex as they had it at my local term for 3 days. Also Fed Ex has lousy web site for tracking and they don't tell you when they will deliver.

The pendant was exactly what I had hoped. The chain broke in the first week and the pendant was lost. Why buy a beautiful gift for your mother-in-law's 80th birthday only to have it lost due to a defective chaine..which we still have.

i feel like for the money i payed for this necklace it would have more to it, i feel it is very cheaply made and i could find the same thing at a J.C. Pennies store for 30 bucks,zales takes forever to ship

I tried to return 2 items to a zales outlet in Nashville, TN at Opry Mills Mall and was told I could not return internet orders there. It says specifically on your website I can return items to a zales or zales oulet. I'm not too happy about that.
