OMG......It arrived so fast. The tracking system had the order at the warehouse and the same day UPS delivered the lights. Great price as well

The item I ordered was discontinued. Customer support was very courteous. They credited my account within a day of the order cancellation. My suggestion is to updated the site to remove discontinued items to alleviate customer disappointment.

This is the second order I have placed with Lighting Direct in the past few months. On both orders the fixture which I ordered was never delivered. A couple of weeks after each order, you suddendly found that the item was not available. Why so...

The only problem I had was the chandelier I ordered came in a million parts - nothing was pre-assembled. That was never mentioned when I ordered it, so it came as a surprise. I also want all 4 of my magazines! The only one I get is "Time".

The light turned out to be brown not black and the glass globe was yellowish color not white as shown in the picture, but we are going to keep it anyways and maybe spray paint it black.
