That is my second purchase experience from SF Planet. It was as I expected,The item has many clear pictures on the website that gave me a clear picture of how the item looks like and the item was delivered fast and safe. Thank you

Ok, why would one have to register to get a ticket if one already registered with the site just before making a purchase? Also, I was not able to find a number to call. Lastly the cable that was bought did not resemble the one in the picture.

Web site was very diffcult to place an order -- had to redo it twice times and enter in all info again. Otherwise experience would have been a 10.

live chat was never on. I like the products of the company. Service is non existant. Bull shit email returns. I guess they want to just sell and fuck the rest. Having a company is about customer service, unless your giving away gold. hw
