The product was plastic, and I expected the material to be more than plastic for a $30 purchase. However, it does look just like the picture, and the delivery exceeded my expectations.

I bought a new hat and figured that it would be the same size as the other hat that i just bought. Instead it was smaller than the other New Era 59 hat that I bought.

My only concern was that the product was delivered in a box with no packaging. It would have been easy to have the item damaged. This was the only disappointment with my purchase. Website was easy to use.
