The customized Yankees jersey i ordered a few weeks ago came out excellent! i couldn't of asked for better. the lettering and number was correct and the shirt was in great shape!

The item I ordered was NOTHING like the item shown on the MLB.com website. I ordered the Rangers 40th Anniversary coin and the packaging was completely different than the one shown.I returned the item, but it cost me $6.00 to do so...ugh

Good customer service. Through this initial survey MLB.com understood their website hiccupped and sent my entire order to my son's address rather than separate addresses. They refunded me the shipping cost. That's great customer service and they...

I only ordered 2 shirts as birthday gifts for my grandson, both a size LARGE. How hard is that? When I finally opened the package in order to wrap them in birthday paper, the T-shirt was a LARGE as ordered, but the 3/4 sleeve shirt was an X-LARGE....
