I called concern a material defect on the item I received. The lady at the customer service was very helpful, she looked into the best way to solve my problem. Because of her assistance, I probably will try their product again.

Order came in on time and not damaged by USPS! Red Envelope also wrapped gift and it was just like I ordered it! Mad a wonderful Mother's Day gift!
