no reason for two packages, why not send them in one and same materials, etc.

Received product in an envelope that had been torn open and taped shut again. The package had been dropped in or exposed to water. I purchased gift wrapping (which was damaged - crushed and covered with the envelopes detritous) and had to rewrap.

Ordering from RedEnvelope is very complicated: pages of information to provide; automatic links to ancillary services; lack of information about the services. And, as with this box, no instructions about how long the message can be. It's really bad...

I ordered a bamboo plant which was first shipped in a small box causing the leaves and stalks to bend; then the 2nd plant was shipped in the same box and several leaves were bent. The boxes need to be bigger for shipping plant products.

Red Envelope is one of the best finds for me! It's a virtual gift-giving center, offering beatiful gift wrap. Sometimes I just go there to browse all the gorgeous items. Makes me wish someone would give ME a gift from Red Envelope. Delicious!
