After I ordered my splat-gun using my VISA credit card, three days later my credit card number was fraudulently used by someone. I think that the website is not secure/encrypted enough to protect personal finance info.

Shipping address provided in invoice was disregarded and was sent to billing address instead. Could have been an issue because the billing address was on a military installation. Also, packaging could use more insulation.

The ammunition (bb's) container was broken and all had spilled out into the box...made for an interesting time in the garage :). My son LOVES his M4!

The Airsoft butt where the motor is concealed has 2ea screws. One of which tightens and stops. The other stays in place, butit is stripped. Don't want to send it back because my son doesn't want to let it go.
