I received the product very quickly. The only problem was they sent me two order acknowledgements. I emailed back and wanted to know if they had a duplicate order or was it the back order item ack. They sent back an email stating "canceled" so I'm...

Product was delivered in record time. Westinghouse tower air purifier was set up in bedroom and that night was the first time I slept through without getting stopped up. Plan to purchase another at another date to put in another area of the house
