This has been a horrible experience! I ordered4/26 on line & item showed in stock. One week later 5/08 I received a confirmation with a notice that item would take 2-3 weeks shipping and no tracking number. Shipping date was 5/18. I started called...

The fan is great, the delivery was good, customer support was not so helpful. I needed a 6" downrod to lower the fan to clear the ceiling beams (electrical box is between beams). The problem is that Casablanca discontinued the downrod in the color...
