finding and selecting what I wanted was very easy and overall a very good experience. The item however did not ship in the time given on the web page and that caused a problem as it was time sensitive. i had to go and pick up the item to get it in time. to make this possible however they went the extra mile and i did get it on time in the end and am very pleased with the product.
